Strict No-Returns: 

Due to the personalised nature of our products, we do not offer refunds on any purchases. All sales are final. We take great care to ensure that each item is crafted to meet our customers' specifications. However, if there is an error on our part, please contact us at glazuraprints@gmail.com within 14 days to discuss options for correction or replacement. We are committed to ensuring all of our customers are satisfied and are open to adjustments where needed.
